Located in the idyllic scenic townland of Marmeelan on the banks of Traighenna Bay and just a few minutes drive from Dungloe town and its amenities this charming one bedroom sea view property has been recently renovated(February 2026). It is now a one bedroom with a large living room facing the Bay and a new kitchen totaling approximately 660 sqft. There is also a pull out couch in the living room. Property includes the adjacent one acre parcel.
